Enjoyed the serene sauna experience after long explorations.

Unfortunately, the room temperature was constantly set at 21°C, making it uncomfortable at times. Even when I adjusted the thermostat, it seemed to revert back upon my return. the QR code for room service was not easily accessible, as it was hidden within the TV's data channel, making it a hassle to find.

The autographs collection is ideally located, just a short walk from the city center and close to kamppi & stockman shopping centres. the breakfast was incredible, with fresh fruit that stood out. the staff were remarkable, showing genuine care , which truly made my stay memorable.

I stayed in the Trendy, 1 King bed room for 5 nights, and it was super comfy! The bedding was top-notch, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Plus, the shower had great pressure and the high-quality toiletries were a nice touch. The decor felt fresh and modern, giving the room a cool vibe. it felt a bit small for a family stay, and there could have been more storage for our things.

Loved the vegan breakfast options! Had issues with the wi-fi during our stay.

really enjoyed our 7 nights at hotel u14! the room was great size and the beds were super comfy. front desk staff were all fantastic, so polite and helpful—they really made our stay awesome! breakfast was also amazing with a lot of options. loved the location, everything is pretty close by!

only downside was having to park in a public garage since they don’t have their own. also, could've used more storage space in the room for our stuff.
